Ideally positioned in Prague´s Lesser Quarter halfway between the Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle, our romantic hotel is housed in an unique building dating back to the 17th century.   We thrive to offer our guests an intimate, welcoming atmosphere combined with personal and impeccable service.

Several historical and architectonical books dedicate space to our hotel´s building. The first records of the building date to the 17th century when the neighbourhood was starting to grow around a little church and a cemetery. Throughout the centuries the building has been rebuilt and reconstructed by several owners, including a baker and a pubkeeper. Today, this historic building in the heart of the Lesser Quarter (Malá Strana) is considered unique because of its well-preserved wood-log Renaissance interior. The building also features several Renaissance arched ceilings, beautifully painted Baroque ceilings, Classicist tile stove and a Gothic cellar with a preserved well.

To match the unique building, we collected original historic furniture pieces and beautiful art. We understand that today´s comforts are also important – our bathrooms feature Villeroy Boch, curtains are woven by Backhausen, beds are dressed in best quality linens and signature Wittmann sofas are offering their comforts.

The hotel is located in the historic center of Prague.
